Kristin Mattimore
Senior Vice President, Operations

Kristin Mattimore has been the Senior Vice President of Operations for Touchstorm since 2007.  Kristin is gifted with an organized, operational mind that is able to accurately estimate and manage internal and external costs for fast-moving companies.

 

Kristin launched her career at Sampling Corp of America (later acquired by Snyder Communications and renamed BountySCA) as a marketing coordinator. Working for marketing mogul Steve Kaplan (Author of Bag the Elephant! How to Win & Keep BIG Customers), she rose through the ranks at lightning speed.  She was managing the P&G account within a year and ended up co-managing the largest teen sampling initiative in P&G history – helping the Pantene brand win P&G's Trial and Loyalty award.  During her tenure at Snyder Communications, Kristin led the integration of client services and sales administration across five new sister agencies.  Eventually, the new entity was sold to French conglomerate Havas.

For Touchstorm, Kristin leads teams focused on company operations.  They serve the broader company and help deliver products for its customers.  This includes: finance, human resources, IT, product delivery and administration.

Additionally, she is charged with refining pricing models and operational cost structure for the Company.  She is responsible for back-analyzing all of the early Touchstorm sales to determine the sales incentive, as well as evaluate costs of execution of content production, distribution and other digital services.  Kristin is also responsible for developing performance-based media pricing that will maximize revenue for Touchstorm.

Kristin earned her bachelor’s degree in English from Southern Illinois University.
