About Jodi Manning
As Touchstorm’s senior vice president and managing director of digital strategy, Jodi draws on her previous background in art direction and TV production to develop the online video strategies that help brands successfully reach and engage consumers online.
Jodi began her career as an art director at Ogilvy & Mather in New York where she developed innovative brand strategies using a methodology that focused on analysis and metrics. After seven successful years at Ogilvy working with such notable brands as IBM, American Express, Sears, and Kimberly-Clark, Jodi left to join Arnold Worldwide. There she was given creative freedom to leverage the digital space for brands, quickly realizing she had a passion for it.
Following Arnold Worldwide, Jodi joined Digitas, in San Francisco, as a creative director and over the course of her six-year tenure with the company took on increasingly responsible roles before being made senior vice president. Among her most noteworthy accomplishments at Digitas were the launch of an integrated registry platform for Williams-Sonoma, dozens of online acquisition campaigns for Charles Schwab, the launch of an online and in-store loyalty program for Sephora, and collaboration on multiple marketing initiatives for Sony, including e-mail, online media, site development, and brand campaigns.
She then joined PowerPact to lead the marketing company’s creative team on all digital initiatives. While at PowerPact, Jodi had the opportunity to work on projects for its founder’s fledgling sister company Touchstorm. Since joining Touchstorm, Jodi has helped build Howdini.com, Touchstorm’s consumer facing site which is core to our editorial distribution network, Arena which is our newest advertorial product, built the programming, creative, and SEO departments, and directed many online marketing campaigns and web builds on behalf of our clients. She also holds day-to-day responsibility for leading Touchstorm’s Digital Strategy and partners with our sales team.
Jodi graduated from Iowa State University. When she’s not working, she enjoys photography, delicious food and California wine.
